Ukraine and worldwide — across Europe, to the United States, Canada, Australia and anywhere else reachable by international post, except the aggressor states moscovia (russia) and belarus.

International orders — postage is already included in the price shown. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Inside Ukraine — 80–150 UAH depending on the carrier and the city, calculated when the order is placed.

Making — 5–10 working days. Every piece is made by hand once you order.

Europe — 7–14 working days after dispatch.

United States, Canada, Australia and elsewhere — 10–21 working days.

Inside Ukraine — 1–3 working days.

Every KVITEN piece is made by hand, with close attention to detail.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Inside Ukraine, a catalogue piece can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition.

Pieces commissioned to your own specification cannot be returned or exchanged, because they are made specifically for you.

If something arrives faulty or damaged, write to us — we will find a solution.

Return postage is paid by the buyer, except where the fault is ours.
